Legal review requiredReview-required launch scaffold
This page is a product-aligned scaffold for legal review. It is not final legal advice and must be approved before public paid launch.

Document status

This policy is a placeholder for legal and business review. It must be approved before production payments or paid public acquisition.

Final rules may depend on organizer agreements, payment provider constraints, chargeback handling, and local law.

Card recurring subscriptions

Stripe card recurring is the primary launch payment lane. Cancellation should stop future access according to the approved product and billing rules.

Any final refund promise must be approved before launch; this scaffold does not create a refund guarantee.

Pix payments

Pix support depends on provider-backed validation. Pending Pix payments may require confirmation time or organizer/provider follow-up.

If Pix is not fully validated for public launch, it should remain hidden, guided beta, or explicitly manual.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers should clearly communicate group rules, prices, billing timing, attendance expectations, and any group-specific refund or replacement policy.

PedalaPlay should not let organizer-specific rules contradict the approved platform policy.

Disputes and failed payments

Failed, past-due, canceled, disputed, or chargeback states must show product-facing remediation without exposing sensitive provider details.

Deferred venue booking policy

The future venue booking product, including any booking fee or reschedule rule, is not part of this launch policy and requires a separate legal/commercial decision.

Before public launch

PedalaPlay must replace review placeholders with approved legal copy, keep payment/provider wording aligned with the current runtime, and update these pages whenever launch scope changes.
